sessions on the purpose of growing
Who
should come:
anyone wanting to grow in Christ
What's the cost:
Every participant will get a workbook. If you wish to
help cover the cost of the book you can make a donation
to Bridge of Hope, designated: "LifeTogether book."
What to bring:
Just a pen or pencil. You will get a study book. Bibles
are optional because the study book prints the verses
you will be studying. Group members usually take turns
providing a dessert.
What's it about:
A 6-week small group study on the value and the
nature of a life of discipleship, as modeled by Jesus.
Jesus trained his disciples in
habits that make it possible to live with the love,
joy, and power he had. If we learn from him how to
slow down, embrace desert experiences, pray with a
compassionate heart, and other habits, we too can
experience the treasures of God’s kingdom here and
now.
To get the most from this study use the companion
teaching DVD and bring some of the best Christian
teachers into your living room or classroom for each
session!
